the mannah of "the different"

After being away for a few days, I'm back with a suggestion, an interesting one. Maybe it's more than a suggestion, I'd say that's almost an exhortation, because it's so healthy, to our minds and to our hearts as well!
I'm talking about doing something different each day or doing in a different way the things that you already have to do. To innovate! Every day!
You can change the positions of your drawers, brush your teeth with the other hand, take another way to work, move your furniture to a new disposition, stop to look outside your window for 5 minutes, call someone that you're missing, pay a visit to your neighbor, sing aloud.....I don't know......you should think and find what you can do today, and another thing for tomorrow, and  another for after that......
Many articles are saying how important it is, that we need to do that in order to avoid our brain to get "sick", but there's another advantage: if we focus on the new, we don't focus on the past....! Like is said in the Scriptures:
" No need to remember past events, no need to think about what was done before. Look, I am doing something new, now it emerges; can you not see it? Yes, I am making a road in the desert and rivers in wastelands."  ( Isaiah 43:18-19 )

That's what God is willing to do with us, to take care of us in the middle of the desert, through the New, the different! That's mannah!!!

If you want to read more about it, try this little article, very interesting:

Try something new
